NEW VENUE ANNOUNCED!!!
It’s been a tough few months at Bloom HQ with various unforeseen licensing issues for the previous site throwing a serious spanner in our preparations to create the best Bloom ever. The long and the short of it was that negotiations with local residents broke down and we were unable to find any common ground, and as such the license conditions would have made the operating times and levels inadequate for what we strive so hard to create for you. However, never allowing ourselves to be daunted, the Bloom team have beavered away to find an incredible venue just 20 miles from the original site at West Littleton Down. In fact we love it so much, we’ve got a shiny new deal in place to secure the location for the next three years, and we are therefore very pleased and proud to announce that Bloom 2009 will take place at Chepstow Racecourse!!!
Chepstow Racecourse is an absolute gem of a site, with breathtaking vistas of the surrounding areas and a myriad of resources which will create a totally improved experience for this year’s event. The new site is a stone’s throw away from the Severn Bridge, and Chepstow National Rail, meaning the festival is more easily accessible to ensure your journey to join the party is full of anticipation – not frustration! There are also so many unique features which will be waiting for you to discover and rest assured, this is a site which will make Bloom an unforgettable experience.
So we’re on. Not quiet where we expected to be – just somewhere much more spectacular. How cool is that??
