The festival is officially open to the public from 10am on Friday, 8th August through to midday on Monday, 10th August. You will be allowed on site to camp from 6pm, Thursday, 9 August.
What’s the latest I can arrive at the Festival?

How can I get my band to play / DJ at the festival?
Music Submissions have now closed for 2008. Thank you to everyone who applied. Please don’t send anymore emails now, as our inbox is overflowing. If you are successful we will be in contact.
How do I get involved?
You can get involved in a number of ways - a festival site is always a busy one and the more happy helpers on board the better! We have been working with a fantastic crew over the last couple of years and many of the same smiley faces will be onsite again this summer to help run our special event. It’s a great opportunity for you to meet new people and gain some festival experience while you’re at it! The main areas are: Stewarding, Litter Picking and Labour (site build). Please send an email to staff@bloomfestival.com clearly stating what you’re up for and you will be sent the relevant application forms.
Can I bring my dog / pet?
Unfortunately you will have to arrange to leave your pets at home as animals are not permitted on site.
I’m under 18; can I buy a ticket?
Yes. Ticket holders aged 16 and 17 must be accompanied by a Ticket holding parent or guardian over the age of 21. Proof of ID will be necessary to prove your age on entry.
I have a disability, is this event suitable for me?
Yes. Our stewards will do all they can to help you enjoy the Festival. Disabled toilets are available in both the Festival grounds and campsite and there is a dedicated camping area. The Bloom site is reasonably flat and compact so easy to get around for those with mobility difficulties and the parking and campsite are literally minutes from the main festival arena. Please email us in advance with any specific requirements or requests prior to the event and we will try to accommodate these.
Can I bring my own alcohol
Yes but you will only be allowed to consume this within the camping area. There will be two fully stocked bars and a number of branded outlets serving a wide range of beers, spirits and cocktails in the main festival arena. Please note that there are no glass bottles allowed on the site so please leave them at home. If you are found with glass bottles these will be taken off you and disposed of.
